The word concentrate, refers to concentrating or thickening of a concentrate. It is a form of substance with all its main components removed.

Usually by removing water in a solution or suspension, such as removing the water of juice and changing it to powder or extract

The benefit of producing concentrate is that by removing water of the juice, the weight of this food product decreases and hence, transportation of

that will be much easier and the costs will be lower, too.

In addition to this, concentrate can be easily changed to its first state and used. It is done by adding water.

In this method, in fact the essence or extract is produced from the fruit and then juice is taken by mixing the essence with water and sugar.
